Product Warranty
All ECOHEADS products are manufactured to the highest standard and are individually tested before leaving the factory. In the unlikely event of the product proving defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, then at its sole discretion, ECOHEADS will repair or replace the product at no charge within one year from the date of purchase.
Are there any exceptions to the warranty?
Excluded instances include:
* Damage caused by misuse, improper treatment or forced usage.
* Damage caused by failure to comply with installation instructions.
* Damage caused by or resulting in incorrect installation, maintenance or non-maintenance.

If I receive a replacement, does that include a warranty?
A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 90 days, whichever provides longer coverage.
How do I submit a claim?
If your product is not working as expected, you can submit a claim by clicking the 'Contact Us' button on this page and submitting a new ticket.
Can I repair instead of replacing the entire product?
ABSOLUTELY! In the case that only a piece of the product needs to be replaced, we offer spare parts to assist. If this happens outside of the one year warranty, you only pay for the part and the shipping but can still access the parts.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30 day return so long as the product returns in the original condition, with all parts included and in its original, untarnished, packaging.
What happens if it's damaged in transit?
Please reach out so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. This is a really unfortunate reality with shipping these days and we can help you with the process.
