How do I install ECOHEADS at my basin?
Installation depends on your type of basin. Some sinks you can screw the nozzle off of the hose, which makes installation as easy as screwing on the ECOHEADS nozzle. If your nozzle is connected to your hose, you will need to detach the hose and screw on a new hose and the nozzle.

Do I need to call a plumber?
Most customers do not need a plumber, but this depends on your unique setup. Over 30,000 nozzles have been installed on every type of basin available in the US and Europe and ECOHEADS could fit each one.
That said, if you do end up calling a plumber give us a call if they aren't sure about setup.
How often do you need to clean the nozzle?
This depends on how dirty your water is! We recommend cleaning your ECOHEADS nozzle at minimum once a month. Get full instructions and advice in thesupport center>>.

Can I change, review or track my order?
You can review and track the status of your order by logging into your account.
If you need to make a change to your order after it's been placed, contact our office as soon as possible. If it has not been shipped, we can typically intercept it. If it has already shipped, all changes to delivery information will need to be made directly with the carrier.
Cancellations are also no longer possible after it's been shipped, but all orders can be returned within 30 days.

What is your return policy?
ECOHEADS North America has a 30-day return policy for all unused products.
Shipping is non-refundable. All returns need to be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with no parts missing for a full refund. Exceptions to the condition will be considered based on programs offered by each individual brand, like the ECOHEADS North America buy-back program.
Any fees or processing administrative charges due to charge backs or claims made will be deducted from the final refund.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently sell ECOHEADS only in the Americas and only in the US and Canada on the website. For locations outside of the US and Canada, but within the Americas, please contact our office.

How long until I receive my package?
Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days and time in transit typically ranges from three to four days. You will receive tracking details once the order has shipped.
