SHIPPING INFORMATION

What shipping methods are available?

We ship all ECOHEADS via United Postal Service, otherwise known as UPS. Our friend in the brown suits offer several levels of service depending on how quickly you want to receive your new water saving companions. During checkout you will be able to select your shipping speed.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently sell ECOHEADS in the US and Canada and will ship to those regions only. We do have friends in the UK who can help our friends across the Atlantic, and of course our head office is in Australia for those that are down under.

How long until I receive my showerheads?

Depends on where you are, but we currently ship all ECOHEADS from our Los Angeles based warehouse. UPS has a handy little map to estimate the speed of ground transit.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal and will also accept business checks. Orders paid by check will not be shipped until payment is received.

Is buying online safe?

We have a completely secured website and use PCI compliant gateways to make sure your digits are secured.

ORDERS AND RETURNS

How do I place an order?

Easiest method is the modern route of placing an order on this very website. If that still makes you squirmish in this day and age, you can contact our office and organize and old fashioned invoice and pay by check. We’re open as long as you love our showerheads!

How can I cancel or change my order?

This one is a bit trickier as it depends on where in the process your order is. You can check the status of your order under ‘Order Tracking‘ or by logging into your account. If your order is in process, just give us a jingle to explain what is happening. If it’s already left our warehouse, that ship has sailed and you’ll have to settle for loving our showerheads. If you really made a mistake, just give us a call and we can help you arrange for a return but all shipping will be non-refundable.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, but once you place your first order you’ll get an account setup so you can keep track of your order and, of course, let us know how you like it once you have it installed.

How do I track my order?

We have a system setup to help you track the progress of your order as it moves it’s way from person to person in our office. You can access the order tracking system directly here, or you can always log into your account to see your order status. Isn’t technology great?!

Who should I to contact if I have any questions?

If you have questions about placing an order, or about your current order, or just want to say ‘hi’ you can contact our office.

How can I return a product?

We know you will love your ECOHEADS showerheads, but if you simply can’t get into the zone we will accept all returns within 30 days as long as the showerheads are still in working order and have original packaging. Please contact our office to arrange for returns.

What happens if there is a defect?

Well, that’s not supposed to happen! We do inspect all showerheads before they leave our loving hands, but if you do experience something that just isn’t right with your particular showerhead we will replace within 30 days of shipment. Please contact our office right away if you open your box and you have a defect.

INSTALLATION & MAINTENANCE

How do I install ECOHEADS at my basin?

Typically it’s a straightforward process, but it depends on your type of basin. Hold on a sec, we’re about to throw some plumbing lingo at you: you will need a double female hose 1/4″ and 3/8″ female to fit the ECOHEADS showerheads. Our standard package comes with an adapter to help fit most hoses. In some cases, your old showerhead could be attached to the hose, but in our experience most people will need the ECOHEADS hose or have your plumber source one for you.

Do you have any instructions on installing?

We love your DIY ambition so we’ve put together a step-by-step installation guide to help you along the way.

Should I call a plumber?

Our theory is: if you’ve just asked that question you should probably call a plumber. When it comes to something as mission-critical as your basins, it’s often best to call in the experts so you can focus on how much you’re going to love your new ECOHEADS.

Do I need to clean the showerhead?

You should always clean your showerheads, even if they aren’t ECOHEADS! Over time, sediment, rust, sand and other pesky minerals will clog up your showerhead and reduce the pressure. We recommend cleaning your ECOHEADS showerheads every one to two months, depending on the state of your water. If your area has particularly hard water, you likely need to clean your showerheads more often. For more information on maintaining your ECOHEADS, we’ve got a complete outline for you.

What if I need spare parts?

Lucky for you, there aren’t really spare parts to be needed with ECOHEADS! Everything comes together and lasts for the lifetime of your ECOHEADS. Some clients want spare filter plates to make their routine cleaning easier, which we can arrange for. Please contact our office to purchase additional plates.

Will the showerhead crack if dropped in the sink?

We’ve never had that happen in all our days, but we can see why you ask that. ECOHEADS are much more durable than they appear so you will get many, many days of fantastic water pressure from your beloved showerheads.
