How do I install ECOHEADS at my basin?
Typically it’s a straightforward process, but it depends on your type of basin. Some sinks you can screw the showerhead onto your existing hose, but in our experience most people will need the ECOHEADS hose or have your plumber source one for you. The ECOHEADS hose is double female hose 1/4″ and 3/8″ female to fit the ECOHEADS showerheads.
Should I call a plumber?
Our theory is: if you’ve just asked that question you should probably call a plumber. When it comes to something as mission-critical as your basins, it’s often best to call in the experts.
Do I need to clean the showerhead?
Over time, sediment, rust, sand and other pesky minerals will clog up your showerhead filter and reduce the pressure. We recommend cleaning your ECOHEADS filter every quarter, depending on the state of your water. If you notice water spraying in different directions, soak the silver plate in distilled vinegar overnight to eliminate calcium build up on the plate. ORDERS AND RETURNS
How do I place an order?
Easiest method is placing an order on this very website. If that still makes you squirmish in this day and age, you can contact our office and organize and old fashioned invoice and pay by check. We’re open as long as you love our showerheads!
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can check the status of your order under ‘Order Tracking‘ or by logging into your account. If your order is in process, just give us a jingle to explain what is happening. If your order has already shipped, just give us a call and we can help you arrange for a return but all shipping will be non-refundable.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but once you place your first order you’ll get an account setup so you can keep track of your order and, of course, let us know how you like it once you have it installed.
How can I return a product?
We know you will love your ECOHEADS products, but if you simply can’t get into the zone we will accept all returns within 30 days as long as ECOHEADS products are still in working order and have all original packaging. Shipping is non refundable. Please contact our office to arrange for returns.
What happens if there is a defect?
We do inspect all showerheads before shipping, but if you do experience something that just isn’t right with your particular showerhead we will repair or replace your ECOHEADS product within 1 year of purchase with registered warranty. Please contact our office right away if your product doesn’t seem right.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship all ECOHEADS via United Postal Service, otherwise known as UPS. Our friend in the brown suits offer several levels of service depending on how quickly you want to receive your new water saving companions.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently sell ECOHEADS in the US and Canada and will ship to those regions only. We do have friends in the UK who can help our friends across the Atlantic, and of course our head office is in Australia for those that are down under.
How long until I receive my showerheads?
Depends on where you are, but we currently ship all ECOHEADS from our Los Angeles based warehouse. UPS has a handy little map to estimate the speed of ground transit.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.
Is buying online safe?
We have a completely secured website and use PCI compliant gateways to make sure your digits are secured.
