How do I install ECOHEADS at my basin?

Installation depends on your type of basin. Some sinks you can screw the showerhead onto your existing hose, but in our experience most people will need the ECOHEADS hose.

Should I call a plumber?

 When it comes to salon plumbing, it’s best to call in a plumber to install your showerhead. If your plumber has questions, give us a call. 

How often do I clean my showerhead?

We recommend cleaning your ECOHEADS Showerhead once a month. Please reference the ECOHEADS Maintenance page.

How can I change, review or track my order?

You can review and track the status of your order by logging into your account. If your order is in process, just contact our office as soon as possible. If you used your cell phone number when placing the order, we will also send you a text message with the tracking details.

Who is the product warranty?

ECOHEADS products come with a full 1 year warranty. Learn more on our Warranty page. 

How can I return a product?

Sustain Beauty Co/ECOHEADS North America has a 30-day return policy for all unused products. Shipping is non-refundable. All returns need to be returned in their original packaging, in new condition with no parts missing for a full refund. Exceptions to the condition will be considered based on programs offered by each individual brand, like the ECOHEADS North America buy-back program. Any fees or processing administrative charges due to charge backs or claims made will be deducted from the final refund. Please contact our office to arrange for returns.

What shipping methods are available?

We ship all ECOHEADS via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If your need faster shipping for your order, please contact our office.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently sell ECOHEADS in the US and Canada and will ship to those regions only. All other inquiries, please visit ECOHEADS Australia

How long until I receive my showerheads?

Depends on where you are, but we currently ship all ECOHEADS from our Missouri based warehouse. U.S. orders usually arrive in 5 business days. 

What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Is buying online safe?

We have a secured website and use PCI compliant gateways to make sure your information is secured.
